I was one of Scott's first trials of the first DVD and I was to cook Pad Thai. I can not cook to well, infact I burnt Brian's steak on the BBQ just the other night. Brian had carcoal flying everywhere. So when Scott asked me to be a test for the DVD, I told him I could not. He insisted and that night, without any help from anyone I made six plates of Pat Thai. Brian's face when he tried his was that of amazement and for the first time, I had confidence in the kitchen. Thanks Risara

What fun! Making the recipes in your Thai Cooking DVD has been as enjoyable as watching the video! Risara’s personality is completely disarming. Her comfort in front of the camera along with her sweet broken English is a natural; entertaining but still instructive. We loved every dish on this disc, but especially the Laab when served along with Tom Ka Gai soup. Yum!!! Please hurry with Disc #2!!!

Well, I had my first experience cooking Thai food and I must say I enjoyed it very much. I set up my laptop computer in my kitchen and followed along with Risara and found it to be very easy to accomplish the task.
First up was the Gang Keowan Gai. I had a majority of the ingredients and added large prawns as we love a little seafood with curry. The end product was very good and enjoyed not only by my family but also or Japanese guest who equally loved the dish.
Thanks Risara and Scott, we are looking forward to Disk Two!
